Founder & Clinical Director

Kenya Jones, LCSW

Kenya Jones, LCSW, is the Founder and Clinical Director of Innovative Therapy Works, a Georgia-based behavioral health practice dedicated to affirming, culturally responsive, and community-centered mental health care.

As a licensed clinical social worker, educator, and clinical supervisor, Kenya specializes in supporting adults navigating identity exploration, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, burnout, and emotional wellness. Her work is grounded in compassion, relational healing, and helping individuals develop greater self-understanding, emotional balance, and confidence in navigating life's complexities.

In addition to clinical practice, Kenya provides clinical supervision, professional mentorship, and training for emerging mental health professionals. She has served in academic and field education roles and is passionate about expanding access to affirming mental health care across Georgia and beyond.

Starr Asberry, LAPC, is a staff therapist at Innovative Therapy Works providing compassionate and affirming therapy services to adults across Georgia. Starr works with clients navigating anxiety, stress, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, relationship challenges, and identity development.

Her therapeutic approach emphasizes authenticity, emotional safety, and collaboration, helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward greater emotional wellness. Starr is passionate about supporting individuals through periods of growth, uncertainty, and personal transformation while fostering a space where clients feel heard and supported without judgment.
